It is one of Golden Gate Park’s most distinctive and beloved attractions and is a jewel of Victorian architecture.

Colette served as an Outside Board Director for FLA Orthopedics, a leading retail products manufacturer in the HME industry. FLA was one of the over 50 companies owned by leading private equity investment firm, The Riverside Company, www.riversidecompany.com. FLA was acquired by BSN medical in October 2007.

She also served as Board Director and Vice Chairman for Elder Financial Protection Network, the California-based non-profit recognized by former Attorney General Bill Lockyer for their work in fighting financial abuse of seniors citizens through collaborative efforts with local communities, adult social services, law enforcement and financial institutions.

She is a past Board Director for the Asthma Education and Resource Council, a non-profit providing community education for children and adults on asthma management. She is also a past Director on the Board of Trustees for Marin Horizon School, an independent Montessori-inspired school for children ages 3-13. She served as co-Chair for the marketing committee.

Former Corporate Executive

Colette is formerly Vice President of McKesson ValuRite Business Services, Vice President of Marketing, Home Health Care Distribution, and CompuFill Director of Proprietary Programs. She began her executive marketing career with Atari/Warner Communications in video games, toys, and computers and also developed the industry's first leading market research program. She received her MBA from San Jose State University.

She's a marathon runner, hiker, aspiring children's literature writer and assistant regional advisor for San Francisco/East Bay SCBWI (Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators).
